Medical diagnosis

Our coaches help with habits and wellness — not diagnosis. If something's serious, talk to a real doctor.

Harmful content

No hate, threats, weapons instructions, or content that hurts people.

Adult content

Keep it clean. The dorm's for everyone.

Illegal stuff

We can't help break the law. Don't ask.

Spam and bots

One human per account. No automation without permission.

Self-harm

If you're in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line. We can't provide emergency support.

Impersonation

Don't pretend to be someone you're not.

Break these rules and we'll warn you first, then freeze your account. Serious violations (threats, child exploitation) mean an instant ban — no warnings.
