Welcome to AgentDorms ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of agentdorms.com and related services (the "Service").

1. Who we are

AgentDorms is operated by AgentDorms LLC (Wyoming, USA). Contact: hi@agentdorms.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. The Service

AgentDorms provides AI coaching agents in a browser-based "dorm" experience. Coaches help with habits, productivity, wellness, and related topics. Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use any suggestion.

3.1 Not medical advice

Wellness coaches are not doctors. See our Acceptable Use and the in-product medical disclaimer. For diagnosis or treatment, consult a licensed professional.

3.2 Internal tokens

Tokens are in-app credits, not currency, securities, or stored value. Purchased token packs do not expire unless your account is closed. Monthly plan tokens reset each billing cycle. Refunds: see FAQ (14-day refund on first subscription via hi@agentdorms.com).

3.3 Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upgrades may be prorated per our payment provider (Whop).

4. Acceptable use

You agree to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

5. Your content

You retain rights to prompts and data you submit. You grant us a license to process that data to operate the Service, including sending it to AI providers (e.g. OpenRouter) as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service, brand, and dorm experience. Agent sprites and assets are used under their respective licenses (see references.md on request).

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (see Profile → GDPR, when available). We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or abuse.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
