Filing a takedown notice

Send a written notice to dmca@agentdorms.com including:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
  2. Identification of the material on our Service (URL or description).
  3. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to review notices within 72 hours and remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material when appropriate.

Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to dmca@agentdorms.com with:

  1. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
  2. Your contact information.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was mistaken.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Wyoming if outside the U.S.).
  5. Your signature.

We may forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers

Accounts with repeated valid infringement claims may be terminated.
