Filing a takedown notice
Send a written notice to dmca@agentdorms.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- Identification of the material on our Service (URL or description).
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We aim to review notices within 72 hours and remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material when appropriate.
Counter-notification
If you believe content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to dmca@agentdorms.com with:
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
- Your contact information.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was mistaken.
- Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Wyoming if outside the U.S.).
- Your signature.
We may forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.
Repeat infringers
Accounts with repeated valid infringement claims may be terminated.
